On Sunday, October 5th 2014, Allison Keaton married Dale Binkley in a ceremony inspired by a true southern spirit. This has to be one of my favorite weddings ever. It all came together on a beautiful fall day. The trees, soft wind and bridesmaids in long green dresses all made for a stunning and gorgeous backdrop to an incredibly touching ceremony. Allison wowed attendees in a beautiful Oscar de la Renta gown as she walked down the aisle at the beautiful Belle Meade Plantation—the ultimate Southern backdrop. The details were as perfect as perfect can be. Every last element was handled with elegant and impeccable taste.
Allison is a trained chef and the menu for the guests was absolutely incredible. My favorite had to be the pumpkin soup served up in tiny pumpkins. No stone was left unturned—there was even a bourbon and cigar bar for the guys!
Allison and Dale were meant to be. Just by being in their presence you can tell how they have so much respect and love they have for each other. It was an absolute joy and honor to be part of this important moment in their life.
Cocktail Hour Menu: Charcuterie Boards with an assortment of locally cured meats and house made pates. Passed edible tea cones with curried chicken salad, sweet potato cake with goat cheese and caramelized bacon, wild rice orzo in a wonton crisp.
Dinner Menu: Pumpkin Soup in mini pie pumpkins, Fall Duck Confit Salad, Beef Tenderloin, White almond and chocolate truffle wedding cake and the best late night burgers.
